Four West End businesses are vying for honours in the 22nd annual Glasgow Business Awards, sponsored by Royal Bank of Scotland.
Sporting tours and events company Premiership Experience is in the running for the International Trade Award.
Its founder and managing director Kieran Coyle is also shortlisted for Entrepreneur of the Year, after winning Young Business Person of the Year at the 2018 awards.
Popular Park Road Italian eatery Eusebi’s Deli has been nominated for the first time.
The family run business is in with the chance of winning the Evening Times Award for Glasgow’s Favourite Business, the only category voted for by the public.
The University of Glasgow is up against five other businesses in the Fair Work (51 employees or over) category.
Meanwhile, while Scots gift and homeware designer Gie it Laldy has been shortlisted for Best Performing Small-Medium Business and Excellence Communications.
Run by Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, the event will take place on Thursday October 3, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central.
The awards began in 1997 when they were held in the then Thistle Hotel, in front of 250 people.
This year 700 guests will enjoy the awards ceremony.
