More dates have been added to the Christmas spectacular taking over the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.
It follows phenomenal demand when tickets went on sale for 'Elfingrove' on Wednesday.
More than 120,000 tickets were snapped up in a frantic 24 hours.
Organisers itison, the Glasgow-based online deals and events company, has announced it is adding seven more nights to the run of shows.
Dates have now been extended to run from December 5 to January 5, excluding December 24 – 26 and Dec 31 - January 2.
Tickets for the new dates will be released on Tuesday October 8 at 12 noon exclusively at itison.com/elfingrove
'Phenomenal response'
Oli Norman, CEO of itison and creator of Elfingrove, is investing £1million in the event.
He said: “The response to Elfingrove has been phenomenal - we asked people to believe – and they have.
“Our hope when launching any new event is that we capture people’s imaginations, but never in our wildest dreams did we anticipate just how popular Elfingrove would be.
“We can’t wait for our first guests to experience what we have in store!”
Organisers say the world class production will transform the city’s most loved museum into a spectacular Christmas show "with a spell-binding night-time tour of the museum, where inhabitants come to life and an ancient secret is finally revealed. All you have to do is believe".
There are a small number of tickets still available at early bird prices.
