A community panto is staging its first full production in three years.
And Halo Arts says Sleeping Betty will be its biggest and best show yet.
The community pantomime comes to Govan’s Pearce Institute & Maryhill Community Central Hall from December 9 - 20.
The show is supported by Glasgow City Council, Maryhill CCH, Elderpark Housing Association and Partick Housing Association.

Artistic director Brendon McIlroy said: “This will be the first year since 2019 that we’ll be able to realise our panto as it was intended without restrictions and cancellations.
“Thanks to the support of Glasgow City Council and both our venues - we are looking forward to our biggest panto run yet.”
The show promises “a rip-roaring ride from start to finish”.
Halo Arts have become known for their community events, youth theatre programme and work in schools across Glasgow.

A schools programme running throughout December will reach over 7000 primary school pupils from across Glasgow.
Brendon said: “The annual Halo Arts panto has always been about community, removing financial barriers and making panto accessible to those who might not be able to afford £30 per ticket.
“We keep our prices as low as possible and will be donating over 1000 seats this year to community groups and charities.”
