Scotland’s first ever ‘daytime’ rave is coming to Glasgow.
‘Early Risers Rave’ will take place at SWG3 in Finnieston in April, kicking-off at 6:30am until 9:30am in the morning - ahead of the working day.
The event is designed for party-goers craving a new and clean experience, where cocktails are swapped for coffee and porridge.
Guests can expect a line-up of Glasgow’s finest DJ’s - including DJ Griff (Ronnie Griffiths) and a chill-out area curated by Danish interior design gurus BoConcept.
Yoga and Pilates drop-in classes will be provided by The Yoga and Pilates Place, and healthy breakfasts and smoothies provided by Paleo Canteen.
Gary Goldie, the brains behind the event, said: “Early Risers Rave gives people the opportunity to start their day in the best possible way, by having a dance to some great tunes with friends and in a super sociable environment.
"Clubbing has always gone hand in hand with drinking, hangovers and the rest, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
“There’s a real move towards clean living and healthy eating is more in the zeitgeist than ever before – so, this is the perfect solution for people who might want to lead a healthier life, but don’t necessarily want to ditch the dancing.”
'Innovative'
Meryl Gilbert, commerical manager at SWG3, said: “We’re always on the lookout for innovative events to hold at the venue and are really excited about Early Risers Rave.
"There’s nothing like it currently on offer in Glasgow - and as a clubbing city, there absolutely should be.
“We expect Early Rise Ravers will sell out fast, so would encourage people to get their tickets quick and set their alarms for what's going to me an incredible event.”
* ‘Early Risers Rave’ will take place at Scotland’s most exciting dance venue, The Galvanizers at SWG3.
