Lennox Glasgow to open its doors on Byres Road

More than 7,000 people sign up for exclusive first access

One of Glasgow’s most anticipated restaurant launches is set to welcome its first guests on 2 June, as Lennox Glasgow opens at 358 Byres Road in the city’s West End.

The new 50-cover venue arrives following huge demand during its preview release, with more than 1,000 bookings for its preview week selling out in under two hours.

More than 7,000 people also signed up for exclusive first access, underlining the excitement surrounding the launch.

Created by acclaimed Scottish chef Nico Simeone, Lennox Glasgow says it aims to bring a fresh approach to the city’s dining scene, combining contemporary interiors, ingredient-led cooking and a vibrant social atmosphere.

The concept blends comfort dining with modern fire-based cuisine and global influences, creating a venue designed for everything from casual lunches and celebrations to late-night drinks.

Guests can expect a menu featuring dishes such as Scotch Egg with black pudding and quail egg, Buffalo Squid with nori ranch sauce, Stone Bass with shellfish sauce and pickled rhubarb, and dry-aged Rib Eye and Chateaubriand cooked over fire.

A dedicated Sunday Roast offering will also provide a take on the traditional favourite.

Alongside the food, Lennox Glasgow will offer handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits and champagne service, positioning the venue as a destination for both dining and nightlife.

Nico Simeone said: “We knew there was excitement around Lennox Glasgow, but the response has exceeded all expectations.
