West End eaterie Zique’s has found a new gig - at arts hub SWG3.
The Hyndland Street diner is the latest outlet to take up residency at the venue’s Acid Bar.
Connection with a shared love of fabulous Scottish produce will be at the heart of the residency, says the Partick bar restaurant.
The menu will focus on breakfast, lunch and an all-day deli, offering a greatest hits of Zique’s classics from the last 21 years and bringing back some much-missed favourites.
And over the next few months, the team plans to collaborate with a host of special people at a series of events.
Comedian Michael Redmond of Father Ted fame, will be among the restaurateurs, musicians, DJs and artists teaming up with Zique's.
Owner Mhairi Taylor said: “We are thrilled to be the next residency at the Acid Bar.

“As Glaswegians we have all been fans of SWG3 since the very beginning and are in awe of what the team have achieved and the amazing plans they have going forward.
“The Acid Bar is beautiful both inside and out and we can’t wait to get started.”
Acid Bar is child and dog friendly and has positioned itself as perfect stop off for brunch and lunch to sit in or take away.

“We’ve hosted some incredible residencies throughout the years lasting anything from three months to a year including Go Sangatsu from Five March, Ka Pao, Ox & Finch, Madlab by Cail Bruich and Julie's Kopitiam.

Redmond will host on Sundays with a legendary roast chicken dinner serviced with a side of laconic wit.
